This is a key role in our organization focused on delivering high-quality stormwater management solutions to customers.

The Role
  • Develop and provide state-of-the-art stormwater models and designs for specification, costing, planning, and delivery of systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in a highly integrated multidisciplinary environment.
  • Maintain specifications and designs compliant with all applicable codes and regulations, adhering to accepted engineering practices.
  • Foster active communication with stakeholders for any engineering or construction issues.

This position requires 0 – 4 years experience, excellent communication skills, and a team player approach. Stormwater/wastewater project experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and complete stormwater quality designs for Ocean Protect products and services.
  • Represent the organization professionally at events, conferences, and client sites.
  • Train and coordinate with internal technical support staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A positive attitude and drive to succeed.

The work is based in our Sydney office, although occasional travel to client sites may be required. After successful completion of the probation period and necessary training, we encourage a flexible working environment.
