Job Description:

A senior marketing role with purpose. This position involves managing teams across the eastern seaboard, offering flexibility in location.

About the Role

This role will lead regional marketing teams in NSW/VIC, Queensland South and Queensland North. The focus will be on driving brand awareness, community engagement and events in relevant areas, with client attraction and growth at the heart of these activities.

A critical element of success for this role is to drive growth through collaboration and stakeholder relationship management across the organisation. Key growth areas include Endeavour Foundation core customers (NDIS), Community Solutions customers and employers, commercial customers (i.e., Australian Disability Enterprise customers) and identified referral groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage local area marketing teams across the eastern seaboard
  • Develop event strategies for lead generation and community engagement
  • Create local area marketing campaigns based on specific KPIs and objectives
  • Measure impact and outcomes of marketing efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with local area marketing experience highly desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising and media planning principles
  • Experience in developing partnerships and sponsorship development

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in stakeholder management and engagement
