We're a lifecycle marketing agency that specialises in CRM lifecycle solutions. We're working with a high-growth client on a comprehensive HubSpot migration and optimization project, and we need a HubSpot specialist to support our team with technical implementation and strategic guidance.

We're not looking for a generalist - we need a HubSpot specialist who can hit the ground running with complex workflows, integrations, and optimisations.
This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration as we scale our HubSpot client base.
What We're Looking ForHubSpot Mastery: 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with proven expertise in Marketing Hub Pro, Operations Hub Pro, and complex workflow automation.
Integration Expertise: Experience with HubSpot integrations, particularly Shopify, form builders, and CRM data migration across multiple instances.
Quality-Focused: Obsessed with flawless execution - someone who builds bulletproof workflows and catches errors before they happen.
Strategic Thinking: Doesn't just execute tasks but identifies optimization opportunities and recommends improvements based on platform capabilities.
Agency Experience: Understanding of agency workflows, client communication, and delivering work that represents our brand professionally.
Your MissionWorkflow Development & Migration
- Build and test complex HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, cart abandonment, and customer lifecycle automation
- Migrate existing Shopify email workflows to HubSpot while enhancing functionality
- Implement advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies
Database Management & Optimization
- Execute multi-region database consolidation across HubSpot instances (AU, US, UK)
- Set up Operations Hub Pro for data cleansing, deduplication, and contact management
- Establish data hygiene processes and automated maintenance workflows
Form & Landing Page Development
- Replicate complex multi-step forms with conditional logic and dynamic content
- Ensure seamless integration between forms, workflows, and CRM data
- Optimize for conversion while maintaining brand consistency
Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Develop QA checklists and testing protocols for all HubSpot implementations
- Create comprehensive documentation for workflows and processes
- Identify and flag potential issues before client delivery
Strategic Consultation
- Audit existing HubSpot setup and identify optimization opportunities
- Recommend best practices for lead scoring, attribution, and reporting
- Provide guidance on HubSpot feature utilization and platform optimization
Phase weeks): Database migration and platform setup
- Consolidate 106k+ contacts across three regional instances
- Configure Operations Hub Pro for automated data management
- Set up initial workflow framework
Phase weeks): Workflow migration and form replication
- Transfer Shopify automations to HubSpot
- Build multi-step form with dynamic content and conditional logic
- Implement lead nurturing sequences
Phase 3 (Ongoing): Optimization and support
- Monthly workflow reviews and improvements
- Performance analysis and recommendations
- Ad-hoc support for new campaign requirements
Technical Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub Pro & Operations Hub Pro essential)
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Workflow Management, Operations Hub)
- Experience with Shopify-HubSpot integrations
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot APIs and custom properties
- Database management and data migration experience
Soft Skills:
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Agency or client services experience
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Attention to detail and quality obsession
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Typeform or similar form builders
- Multi-region CRM management experience
- B2B lead generation and nurturing expertise
- Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance
Timezone: Australian business hours (AEST) preferred for overlap with client Communication: Slack, Figma, and regular video check-ins Project Management: Tasks managed through Slack lists and ClickUp Duration: Initial 6-8 week project with potential for ongoing monthly retainer
