
Regional Sales Development Manager

Your Role:- Expand existing client relationships through regional marketing efforts and direct sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain your territory's sales pipeline and target key accounts and vertical markets
- Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and other regional objectives established by senior management
- Provide regular sales forecasts
- Supervise day-to-day activities of sales personnel dedicated to your region, including inside sales representatives and sales engineers
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas and revenue goals
- Utilize channel sales resources as needed in your region
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive intelligence and share insights with senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to engage customers with consultative sales techniques
- Proficiency in sales tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work results with minimal supervision
- Capacity to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Travel approximately 25% of the time
