Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team in a specialist Employee Relations role. As the key point of contact for ER advice and guidance, you will provide expert support to our global HR teams and business stakeholders.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to flex your expertise across a global market. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting the business on complex ER cases and representing the business in ER disputes.

As part of our global HR function, you will work closely with our Head of Legal and other senior leaders to deliver high-quality ER solutions that align with our company values and tone of voice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience in a law firm or in-house role
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in employment law, ideally in retail
  • Great communicator with the ability to adapt your approach in communication style in order to build and influence strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Exposure to global markets is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile working environment is preferred
