Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming support to clients, responding to counter and telephone enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage reception duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise extensively with clients, including those with complex needs, to ensure their hearing health needs are met.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
- Collaborate with clinicians to provide clinical services, identifying client needs and offering expert advice.
