Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-class customer service through various channels, including concierge, telephone, social media, and email
* Assist customers with information on the City's activities, events, and current matters
* Deliver high standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, and participating in training

Requirements:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Experience in frontline customer service and familiar with delivering service expectations
* Ability to navigate numerous systems to support our customers
* Ability to prioritize tasks

Eligibility:

* A right to work in Australia
* A satisfactory National Police Clearance
