About the Role:

The Service Pricing Officer will be responsible for developing accurate service pricing for equipment rebuilds, customer support agreements, life cycle costs, and general service pricing within our Western Australia business units.

This role will work closely with a team of specialist resources, both internal and external, to assist with pricing development to ensure accurate information is collated and provided in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service pricing strategies to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for pricing development.
  • Manage and action Helpdesk requests and queries to ensure prompt service pricing solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on service pricing to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified in mobile plant maintenance or equivalent tertiary qualifications with expertise in equipment, component, parts, and service maintenance and cost management.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in handling challenging situations and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Background in the automotive or mining industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to be solutions-focused with demonstrated and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, inventory management, and warehousing systems.
