Service Pricing Officer

We are seeking a skilled Service Pricing Officer to join our team in South Guildford, WA. As a key member of our Pricing and Quotation team, you will be responsible for developing accurate service pricing for Mining and Construction Rebuilds, Customer Support Agreements (CSA's), Life Cycle Costs (LCC's) and general service pricing within our Western Australia business units.
You will work closely with a team of specialist resources, both internal and external, to assist with pricing development to ensure accurate information is collated and provided in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholder. This individual will also be responsible for managing and actioning Helpdesk requests and queries, ensuring the delivery of prompt service pricing solutions.
About You- You hold trade qualifications in mobile plant maintenance or equivalent tertiary qualifications with expertise in equipment, component, parts, and service maintenance and cost management.
- You demonstrate excellent customer service abilities, adept at building and nurturing strong relationships.
- You have a proven track record in handling challenging situations and meeting tight deadlines.
- Background in the automotive or mining industry is highly desirable.
- You are able to be solutions focused with demonstrated and proactive problem-solving.
- You possess strong computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, inventory management, and warehousing systems.
