About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Building Project Scheduling Expert to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing scheduling services across diverse building projects, conducting pre-baseline reviews, preparing progress update reports, and recommending corrective action.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality scheduling services for building projects, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
- Conduct thorough pre-baseline reviews of contractors' programs to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive progress update reports to keep clients informed about project status and progress.
- Highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to clients, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
- Recommend corrective action and develop acceleration programs to get projects back on track.
- Conduct delay analysis and assist in delay claims management to ensure fair compensation for clients.
- Arrange meetings with client-side stakeholders to discuss project progress and address concerns.
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6, with excellent knowledge of end-to-end construction processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
