About the Role:

As a Senior Project Scheduler at Ivory Group, you will play a key role in delivering projects within the portfolio on time and within scope. You will produce detailed reports on program and portfolio performance, identify schedule risks, and work to resolve any roadblocks with project managers and contractors.

You will be responsible for utilising Microsoft Project to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and addressing any deviations, and collaborating with project teams to ensure data integrity detailing project status, exceptions, forecasts, and baselines for reporting to stakeholders.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain master program level schedules through all phases from design through handover
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure data integrity detailing project status, exceptions, forecasts, and baselines for reporting to stakeholders
  • Assisting in compliance audits of standards, policies, procedures, and templates

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in project management, data management, or related discipline highly desirable
  • Advanced experience with MS Office suit and MS Project, Project Online, and Project Web App
  • High level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing portfolio schedules is desirable
