As a Building Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, from initial planning to final completion. You will be responsible for providing scheduling services across diverse building projects, conducting pre-baseline reviews, preparing progress update reports, and recommending corrective action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduling services across diverse building projects.
  • Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractors' programs to check adherence to contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and assist the senior scheduler in delay claims management.
  • Arrange meetings with client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an integrated master works program.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree, preferably in a relevant field such as engineering, construction, building, or project management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a scheduler/planner on building projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
