Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Sydney.

This is a contract role available for an initial 12-month term with likely extensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In-depth experience with MS Project, Project Server, Project Web App (PWA), Primavera, or other enterprise scheduling tools.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex engineering/infrastructure and IT projects, with an emphasis on project scheduling and resource management.
  • Understanding of project scheduling techniques, including the critical path method and earned value management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive reporting, sensitivity analysis, and present 'what-if options.'
What You Need to Apply:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project scheduling.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The contract includes health insurance, superannuation, and generous paid leave.
