Job Role Overview

As a key leader in our institution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of students from diverse backgrounds.

  • You will oversee the strategic development and implementation of curriculum initiatives aimed at promoting cultural inclusion and linguistic diversity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver comprehensive support programs for refugee students, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students, and other learners who require additional assistance.
  • Drive compliance and ensure that reporting requirements are met, providing essential support for student well-being.
  • Act as a central point of contact for students and families, fostering strong relationships and facilitating access to relevant resources and services.
About You

A seasoned educator with expertise in Australian curriculum frameworks and a commitment to Catholic education values. You should be registered or eligible for registration with VIT and demonstrate a passion for promoting child safety and wellbeing.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and colleagues.

Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, leveraging your knowledge and experience to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and strategies.
