  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DIB strategy for the next three fiscal years
  • Conduct an in-depth review of our existing strategy through stakeholder workshops, industry benchmarking and identifying critical focus areas
  • Lead the execution of DIB initiatives aligned with business objectives and cultural aspirations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and Employee Advocacy Groups to design impactful initiatives reflecting the voices of our people
  • Enhance inclusive capability through training, events and programs promoting psychological safety and belonging
  • Utilise data and insights to identify systemic barriers and track progress on our DIB goals
  • Represent the organisation externally, sharing our journey and learning from others
