">The role of Assistant Director - Diversity and Inclusion is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading the delivery of diversity and inclusion services and programs to our workforce.
">This includes overseeing a hybrid team, providing expertise and advice on diversity matters, designing governance structures, researching and developing relations with external providers, administering diversity events, identifying and driving strategic direction of diversity and inclusion, and developing change management strategies.
">Key requirements include proven leadership and management experience, cultural competency in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, complex problem solving and strategic thinking skills, interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills, experience building rapport with colleagues and external stakeholders, and a strong attention to detail to achieve high quality outcomes.
