We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to provide administrative support for our poultry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination and task prioritization.

  • Act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders for the poultry manager.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Assist with poultry bird movements ensuring biosecurity and welfare standards compliance.

  • Support review and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the poultry team to streamline operations and support business objectives.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in agriculture.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
