Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through workstations to ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and weighing of products per specifications.
  • Inspect poultry for quality identifying defects such as bruises, broken bones, or missing internal parts.
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment as required adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
  • Report non-conforming products, equipment malfunctions, or food safety concerns.

Requirements:
