Poultry Farm Operations Assistant

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our poultry operations team in a hands-on role. Key responsibilities include animal care, farm maintenance, cleaning, and general laboring.

Job Requirements
  • Assist in maintaining records within poultry operations.
  • Complete reports on bird health and performance.
  • Adhere to WHS policies and contribute to a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
  • Perform feeding, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to keep the farm running smoothly.
  • Follow biosecurity measures to prevent disease spread and participate in regular biosecurity training.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Hold a current car license and possess reliable transport.
  • Previous hatchery or farm work experience desirable.
  • Meet Quarantine standards.
