Agribusiness Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our poultry farms.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farm administration, with experience in managing poultry flocks and leading teams to achieve high performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care of poultry flocks with emphasis on welfare, uniformity, and flock performance
  • Leading, training, and motivating a team to achieve high performance targets
  • Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement in animal welfare, biosecurity, productivity, and environmental awareness

Requirements:

  • Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and related farm administration skills
  • Prior experience in related poultry management (all species - broiler or egg, etc.)
  • Ability to lead, organise, and manage a team to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Location: Leading Regional VIC, large hub towns
