This is an exciting opportunity to work as a workplace coordinator.

Job Description
  • Support the operations team in resolving day-to-day issues raised by internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Monitor and action procurement and workplace experience tickets related to office coordination.
  • Assist in implementing workplace safety programs and information in and around the office.
  • Contribute to sustainable measures in and around the office.
  • Collaborate with the people services team to implement policies and benefits.
  • Ensure that staff technology is functioning optimally.
  • Process invoices within approved budget limits.
  • Coordinate maintenance for assets and building facilities across Australia.
  • Manage on-site contractors and suppliers, ensuring OHS compliance and site access.
  • Oversee all building and equipment maintenance requests and monitor works orders until completion.
  • Conduct weekly workplace inspections focusing on WHS, hazards, environment, and cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office management, workplaces, or facilities management.
  • A strong interpersonal skillset.
  • Able to multitask and learn quickly.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to lift light weights safely.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to supporting the team.
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn.
