About the Role

The Operations Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for leading the Operations team and ensuring the smooth deployment of our e-scooters. As a shift leader, you will be responsible for monitoring the team's performance, managing the availability of our scooters, and ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment of e-scooters to designated stations to meet consumer demand.
  • Oversee the retrieval and return of scooters to designated parking stations.
  • Ensure the Operations team adheres to our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Train new Operations staff members and conduct refresher training.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning.

Requirements:

  • A valid Open Class Driver Licence.
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 26-28 kg.
  • Any mobility/logistics/transportation experience is advantageous.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership, with the ability to manage 'in the field' alongside team members.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience.
