At Neuron Mobility, we're on a mission to connect people and places in a safe, convenient, and fun way. We're looking for a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team in this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operations team in monitoring Ground Patrollers and Drivers, as well as the availability of our Neuron e-scooters.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as shift scheduling and manpower deployment planning.
  • Manage the retrieval and return of scooters to designated parking stations.
  • Ensure timely deployment of e-scooters at designated stations to support consumer demand.
  • Conduct quality control and basic maintenance on e-scooters.
  • Train new Operations staff members and conduct refresher training.
  • Ensure the Operations team adheres to the Operations Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

  • A valid Open Class Driver Licence
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 26-28 kg
  • Any mobility/logistics/transportation experience is advantageous
  • A hands-on approach to leadership and strong communication and organisational skills.
