About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Team Lead to join our Risk and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us manage our AML/CTF risk and reporting obligations.

As a Senior Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end value chain related to AML Operations, identifying and building key business internal and external stakeholder relationships, and managing the allocation of work for AML Analysts & Investigators.

You will also be responsible for identifying and understanding trends, providing informed and timely updates related to operations, and preparing detailed reports for senior management and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end value chain related to AML Operations
  • Identify and build key business internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Manage the allocation of work for AML Analysts & Investigators
  • Identify and understand trends and take remedial action as needed
  • Provide informed and timely updates related to operations
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and executives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an understanding of AML investigations and reporting, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team.

You will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to plan, organise and prioritise self and direct reports, and experience in the financial services industry.
