Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the night-time operations of a hotel, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling complaints and issues, and conducting regular property checks to ensure safety and security.

You will also be required to provide exceptional service and efficiency in check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries, as well as coordinating with other departments to meet guests' needs.

In addition, you will need to manage emergency situations, including medical issues, fire alarms, or security concerns, and ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.

This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to guest service.

A professional and approachable manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, is essential.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
