Key IT Middleware Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical position within our organization.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to ensure seamless integration of our systems.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in IT middleware technologies, software development, and strong problem-solving skills.

They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable middleware solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and engineering teams to promote IT connectivity solutions.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting services for existing and new projects interfacing with both IT solutions and analyzers.
  • Analyze customer's IT infrastructure and provide required support related to installation and operation of Radiometer systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Expertise in Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell).
