Due to expansion, we are searching for Customer** Support & Development**team members to deliver exceptional service, business partnering and support to SC Johnson’s customers and internal stakeholders.

- No call center environment, order taking or massive call queues.
- Proactive approach to supporting our customers and identifying cross sell opportunities.
- Business partnering with the sales and marketing teams.
- **Genuine career prospects**and opportunities for cross training, development and internal growth (e.g. data analysis, marketing, sales, business support, field sales)

- Strong and clear communication skills
- Customer focused
- Desire to learn and grow within the business
- Comfortability working across several computer systems
- Knowledge if CRM (sales force) or similar CRM
- Ability to multitask and think laterally, toward future business growth
