Senior Learning Architect

The key objective of the Senior Training Developer role is to design and deliver high-quality training solutions that drive end-user capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis to develop concise learning outcomes and training course curricula.
  • Deliver technical product training, including 'Train the Trainer (T3)' courses, to key stakeholders, ensuring materials are comprehensive, effective, and delivered on time.
  • Develop engaging documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful documentation that meets user needs and customer standards.
  • Create exemplars and guidance materials; monitor, analyze, measure, and report on performance.
  • Lead teams to ensure collaboration and alignment in training and documentation projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and engineers, building capability within the team.
  • Develop project timelines for training and documentation deliverables.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed.
  • Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation quality.
  • Analyze data to drive decisions and demonstrate the impact of training and technical writing improvements.
  • Implement digital learning platforms or other technologies to improve user engagement and accessibility of training materials.

This position requires Australian Citizenship and eligibility to be certified compliant with US ITAR technology access requirements.
