Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting IT solutions and helping customers optimize their workflow across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide trainings and support for the installation of IT solutions
  • Maximize utilization and monitor installed systems
  • Assist with technical issues and provide customer support
  • Drive the growth of IT sales and installation base in Australia and New Zealand
  • Identify and manage key projects to promote IT connectivity solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components in the healthcare industry
  • BS in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with installation and technical support of Virtual Servers, Windows-based software products and network fundamentals
  • Knowledge of SQL management studio and SQL stored procedures
  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Java Script, Power Shell)

Location

This position is part of the customer support team located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane and will be on-site in Mount Waverley, Lane Cove, or Herston, respectively.
