Senior Pool Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Operations Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, this role will be responsible for leading the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, while working closely with the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, ensuring a high-performing operations team.
- Relationship Building: Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to support the success of the Centre.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong Leadership Experience: Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for safety around water.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- OHS Knowledge: Understand and apply Occupational Health and Safety principles and practices within your facility.
- Flexibility: Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Certifications: Hold current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certificates, as well as a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Pool Operations Expertise: Possess current Pool Lifeguard and Pool Operations Certificates, and have previous experience in a comparable role.
