About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant/Lifeguard to join our team at a 5-star premium health club in Melbourne. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our pools and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high service standards and exceed member expectations
- Ensure the cleanliness of change rooms, steam, sauna areas, and pool surrounds
- Conduct pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current Senior First Aid/CPR and Resuscitation certification
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing environment
- RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award (an advantage)
- Prior experience working at an aquatic facility (desirable)
