Pool Operations Coordinator

The Lifeguard Supervisor plays a pivotal part in supporting the team, ensuring seamless administrative tasks are carried out for the Safety and Supervision Business Unit.
- Lead, supervise, advise, and guide staff on operational or aquatic programs to maintain high standards of performance.
- Review Pool Lifeguard rosters to guarantee adequate staffing levels, thereby ensuring effective coverage.
- Maintain staff qualification records and conduct inductions and training sessions to enhance employee development.
- Support daily pool operations, monitor cleaning checks, and develop work instructions and procedures to optimize efficiency.

Candidates should possess significant experience as a Senior Pool Lifeguard or Duty Manager, showcasing their ability to lead and inspire teams.
