Pool Operations Manager

The successful candidate will have full accountability for the venue's operational deliverables, including managing the team and developing strategies for growth and improvement. They will use their experience in planning and execution to drive successful outcomes and achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need highly developed leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach your team to achieve exceptional results. You will also have a proven track record of leading complex operations, preferably in the leisure industry or hospitality, and a strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
