Pool Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and reliable Pool Attendant to join our team at Sammy's Adventure Lagoon. As a key member of our pool operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the general operation of the pool, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting guests entering and exiting the pool area, including the Water Super Slides
- Providing exceptional customer service, including information and advice on the facilities and services
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, including enforcing pool safety standards
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Work with Children check
- Preliminary consideration given to applicants holding a Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Discounted stay rates for yourself, family, and friends
- Heavily discounted staff menu at our onsite café when working
- Staff discounts on dine-in Ripples Licensed Card
- $1.25 barista-made staff coffees all day
This casual position offers flexible hours (15-30 per week) including weekends and public holidays, with an excellent hourly rate offered.
Job Type: Casual Salary: $22.80 - $34.86 per hour
Schedule: Shift work, with supplement pay types: Penalty rates
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Hastings Point, NSW 2489, Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required
Work Authorisation: Australia required
