About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support to our clients in the retail property sector. This includes daily rent collection and receipting, bank reconciliation, outgoings, monthly and year-end closings, tenant reconciliation, and other financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily rent collection and receipting
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Outgoings
- Monthly and year-end closings
- Tenant reconciliation in line with lease terms
- Outgoings reconciliation and calculations
- Daily chasing of tenant arrears
- Processing of purchase orders
- Assist in reviewing and answering P&L questions from management
- Weekly preparation of management reports
- Preparation of petty cash and expense claim forms
- Maintaining the casual lease tenant invoicing register
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the Property sector
- Strong understanding of MRI
- Strong financial acumen and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy & attention to detail
- Strong prioritisation and excellent time management skills
- Be a reliable team player and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
