About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support to our clients in the retail property sector. This includes daily rent collection and receipting, bank reconciliation, outgoings, monthly and year-end closings, tenant reconciliation, and other financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily rent collection and receipting
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Outgoings
  • Monthly and year-end closings
  • Tenant reconciliation in line with lease terms
  • Outgoings reconciliation and calculations
  • Daily chasing of tenant arrears
  • Processing of purchase orders
  • Assist in reviewing and answering P&L questions from management
  • Weekly preparation of management reports
  • Preparation of petty cash and expense claim forms
  • Maintaining the casual lease tenant invoicing register
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the Property sector
  • Strong understanding of MRI
  • Strong financial acumen and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy & attention to detail
  • Strong prioritisation and excellent time management skills
  • Be a reliable team player and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
