About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administration Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our Property & Development team, you will support the leasing, administration, and store design and delivery team, contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lease Administration Manager in reviewing and preparing all leases.
  • Support the leasing team with preparing presentations, reports, and agendas for internal and external distribution.
  • Manage all casual leases and storage agreements for the Property team.
  • Create and maintain monthly property reports.
  • Facilitate regular communication with landlords, including distributing annual sales and insurance details.
  • Collaborate with Finance on various landlord payments.
  • Input new leasing information into the database.
  • Assist with expense reconciliations for the team.
  • Manage the property inbox and general queries.

Requirements:

  • Similar experience in an administration/property-related role will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional administration & organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
