Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Category Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our category management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing eCategory strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on tailoring our digital commerce strategy to each retailer's unique ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution across all active categories and channels. You will analyze data from various platforms to identify opportunities and threats, and develop actionable insights to inform Omni-Channel category recommendations.

In addition to your analytical skills, you will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency between in-store and online execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, economics, or business (or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years' experience in category management, digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Preferable experience with digital shelf and retail analytics tools (e.g., Profitero, Data Impact, Edge, NielsenIQ)
