About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in driving the growth and success of Nutrien Ag Solutions' Independent network at the state level. As a specialist sales professional, you will be responsible for participating in a high-performing sales team, supporting weekly sales-out campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with allocated Independents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in a customer-focused sales team to drive performance outcomes and growth for the Nutrien Independents network.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Independents, providing them with expert advice and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures, ensuring operational consistency with broader strategies and objectives.
  • Provide daily assistance and support to the State Manager, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and initiatives.
About You
