Bid/Technical Sales Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid/Technical Sales Lead to join our Australian Grid Technology Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sales solutions and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to establish trust and credibility
- Prepare and present technical and commercial offers to customers, highlighting our OEM value and competitive advantages
- Lead the overall cost integration and analysis, considering technical and commercial risk assessment
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize proposal development and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in Transmission Service (HVDC, FACTS, GIS, AIS, TX, CBs etc)
- Experience and knowledge of Transmission Products, Solutions, and Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for tenders and projects
