Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries and schedule patient bookings
- Process payments for appointments, including third-party payers such as NDIS
- Maintain diary management for our team of Allied Health professionals
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in specialist medical/allied health reception
- Experience with Patient Management Systems, Nookal is highly desirable
- Professional phone manner and approach to work
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team
- Must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (NDISWC)
