
National Account Lead

Leverage your leadership skills to drive business growth and expansion across key accounts.
You will have full ownership of these major accounts, working with our Iconic and Global market-leading brands such as Windex, Glade, Duck and Drano.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all interactions and communication between stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead Range Review processes.
- Drive delivery of KPIs, including market share, category and sales performance metrics.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional planning and trade spend initiatives.
- Partner with Category to analyze account and customer data, create insights and formulate recommendations.
- Collaborate with shopper activation teams on plans and strategy execution.
- Lead business-critical Joint Business Plans.
- Degree qualified in marketing, business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Account Development Manager within FMCG/Grocery, preferably with Woolworths.
- Proven track record of working with PartnerHub.
- Strong customer-facing and account ownership skills.
- High-level financial acumen and experience managing account P&Ls, including trade spend.
