National Account Manager - P&CLocation:Salary:Work Type: Full time A global FMCG powerhouse is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to take the lead across their fast-growing Petrol & Convenience channel.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a channel-critical role with a business known for its loved consumer brands, premium product portfolio, and values-led culture.
You'll join a company that continues to grow at pace in the APAC region.
The Role Reporting to the Head of Channel, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic customer plans that grow market share, visibility, and profitability across the P&C landscape.
Key responsibilities include: Managing national head office relationships across key P&C and vending partners Building joint business plans and delivering against growth targets Full P&L ownership, including forecasting, and trade spend Leveraging data and insights to identify new opportunities and refine strategy Leading cross-functional collaboration across category, marketing, finance, and supply Ensuring in-store execution aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives About You You're a results-oriented FMCG account manager with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for fast-paced channels.
You thrive in dynamic environments and love building customer partnerships that drive mutual growth.
You'll bring: Proven experience in FMCG sales or account management (National Account Manager, National Account Executive, or State Account Manager) Experience in the Petrol & Convenience or Impulse channel preferred Strong financial acumen and confidence in managing budgets and P&Ls Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders A collaborative, team-first approach and comfort working in a high-performance culture Are you interested?
