
Leading National Account Manager

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the organisation's strategic objectives by developing relationships and executing business priorities with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with designated National Accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong results for both customers and the business by leveraging expertise and resources.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with buying teams and senior management to achieve business objectives through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing National Accounts, preferably in Beauty/Cosmetics, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership skills and ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Business acumen, market knowledge, and ability to make tactical decisions to increase sales and revenue growth.
