This is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit, specialist internal recruitment team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a trusted recruitment advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.

You will manage or support end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting engaging job advertisements to onboarding successful candidates. Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor for our hiring managers, designing and delivering innovative talent acquisition strategies, and leading continuous improvement projects.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
