About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs
  • Design and implement effective recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive market research and outreach
  • Conduct insightful interviews to assess candidate fit against Amazon's Leadership Principles and job requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive recruiting plans and track progress

A Day in the Life:

Your days will be filled with engaging conversations, strategic thinking, and the thrill of connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities. You'll work closely with hiring teams to craft tailored recruiting strategies, from sourcing and assessing candidates to closing offers and nurturing relationships.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible work hours, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
