Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition expert to join our Corporate Operations Group. As a Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and assessing top talent in the technology industry.

Responsibilities
  • You will utilise your expertise to build credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Utilise market intelligence to identify top talent, anticipate industry trends, and inform recruitment strategies.
  • You will leverage your strong engineering skills to recruit top candidates in Java Developers, DevOps Engineers (Dev/Support & Site Reliability), and architecture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and expertise in Tech Recruitment.
  • A solid understanding of tech market and have recruited within or for large enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience recruiting in the exciting field of AI Tech is welcome.
