Job Description

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes influencing hiring managers, analyzing client needs, and developing candidate pipelines with cutting-edge skills.

You will drive the recruitment process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing counsel and coaching to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. Your administrative tasks will include creating job descriptions, preparing service agreements, and completing client and candidate profiles.

You will work closely with management to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions, primarily IT and digital marketing jobs, accounting, and general Virtual Assistants (VAs).

Requirements
  • Extensive sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Facebook communities, and major job portals;
  • Proficiency in performing job analysis and creating accurate job descriptions;
  • Outstanding customer service, negotiation, and closing skills;
  • Experience working with ATS and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is preferred;
  • Expertise in recruiting IT and digital marketing jobs, accounting, and general VAs is essential;
  • Excellent interview skills;
