Our client, a global leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a passionate and proactive Work Health and Safety (WHS) Advisor (part time 0.4 FTE- FIFO) to join their growing team. As they expand their footprint across Australia's power generation sites, they're looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to building a strong safety culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Champion WHS compliance across multiple solar construction projects where our client acts as Principal Contractor.

  • Develop and implement risk assessments, and emergency response procedures tailored to each site.

  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.

  • Provide coaching and support to subcontractors and site teams, enhancing their safety capability and understanding.

  • Collaborate with project team, and HSE teams to ensure safety is embedded in every phase of delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in WHS advisory roles, ideally within construction or renewable energy sectors.

  • Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and contractor management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to travel to project sites across Australia.

  • Formal qualifications in WHS or related disciplines.
