Job Summary

The Executive Accounting Director will play a critical role in leading our accounting team to achieve excellence in financial reporting, governance, and risk management. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities
  • Accounting Leadership: Lead the accounting team to achieve high-quality financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Financial Governance: Ensure robust financial governance processes are in place to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the accounting team, promoting growth and retention.
Requirements
  • Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent certification; minimum 8 years' experience in accounting leadership roles.
  • Desirable Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office in Mascot. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
