Senior Risk Manager

Our organisation is seeking a Risk Management professional to join its Cloud, Compute & Storage team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in risk coordination and service delivery management.
Responsibilities- Risk Coordination: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management practice to ensure compliance with assurance, audit and governance requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders, teams and stakeholders on risk processes, systems and reporting.
- Scope and facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning workshops to drive business outcomes.
- Advise on risks requiring disclosure or escalation to senior leadership.
- Monitor and report on risk mitigation actions, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers and ensure quality of information in Risk Management Information Systems.
- Coordinate regular reviews of risk information with risk owners and compile insights for leadership discussion.
- Proven experience in risk management or risk coordination, ideally within technology infrastructure or enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working across cultures and dispersed teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a flexible approach to working in dynamic environments.
